I found the best apartment rental deal on here a couple years ago! The whole building was privately owned, the landlord was super sweet, and the space and location were great. Had to interview with the neighbors & property owner which I kinda loved being able to meet everyone before signing! Didn’t end up getting it though, and it feels like the one that got away 😭
